Our service is designed to be simple and transparent. The total cost is MVR 800 per consultation. This is an all-inclusive price that covers the doctor's visit, required lab investigations, and the delivery of your medications. There are absolutely no hidden charges.
All payments are handled securely through our integrated online payment gateway in the Lifeline app. We do not accept cash transactions to ensure a safe and seamless experience for both patients and doctors.
Currently, our Lifeline service is available throughout Malé and Hulhumalé. We are actively working on expanding our services to other regions in the near future!
For security and privacy reasons, you will not see a live map of the doctor's location. However, our app provides you with real-time ETA updates (e.g., "Your doctor is 15 minutes away," "Your doctor has arrived") so you are always informed.
